Looking good Louie! Like the red accents! Lose the tow bar stuff though! You towing it behind your motorhome or something, LOL!

As a kid, my Uncle had a old Jeep as did my Dad. American River, Cool, Placerville, Grassvalley, Foresthill, Coloma, Ophir Nevada City, Bowman had the mill pond and all had great back wood trails.

Surely some still exist?

We were thinking about doing around 4 trails near Redding/Mt.Shasta this or the next weekend, came to know there is just enough Ice on the trails for making a reasonably fun ride. I know for sure that Bowerman Ridge is open, are you people interested in making the trip?

Nor Cal Trails

Yes, there is still lots of Tahoe National Forest trails and roads. Check out Gold Lake area out of Bassetts Hwy 49 (Downieville). You can get maps at the ranger station right out of Nevada City on Hwy49. Most trails in the Gold Lake area are easy, except maybe Snake Lake trail. Lots of great views and wheeling.
