Was gonna say the same thing. Fire station in Fawnskin works for me. 8:30 sounds early, especially since I'll have my youngest with me, but it will work.

Fire station works for me. We'll meet at 8:30 and plan to hit the trail by 9:00 incase there are any straglers. I'll be on CB-3. If you are going, PM me and I'll send you my cell number.

What time do you want me to show up at your door? Or do you want to meet at Starbucks so you can get your coffee fix?

I'd like to be on the freeway no later than 7:00. We can meet here at 6:50ish or somewhere closer to the freeway if that's easier for you. I know it's early..... but the sun will be up by then.

It's looking like I'll be able to hang around for a while afterward, I'll let you know for sure by Thursday. Anything I can bring?

I don't have any problem with early. If you want we can leave earlier than that to make sure we aren't late. I just don't know how long it takes to get up there.

Takes about 1.5 hours from here depending on traffic. How about we meet at my place at 6:45?

Sure thing tiny, no problem.

Hey, I have a question for everybody. Would anyone mind if we bumped it out an hour and meet at 9:30 instead of 8:30? My son would like to join us, but he doesn't get off work in Fulerton until 7:30. He wants to hook up with me in Riverside on the way up. Thanks.

I've always taken the the 38 not wild about the 330 or 18. I spent my teen years at the base of the hill. Our place is over by Baldwin as well, just off Shay and E BB Blvd.

May i suggest we run Holcomb creek 1st. that way if stuff comes up it wont start getting late on us. Butler peak will take a good couple hours. time flys when were having fun.

We can run the trail backwards, from green valley lake side to big bear. just take 3n14 out of fawskin to 3n16 to holcomb creek/lower larga. then 3n16 to butler.
