Rvrabe these guys are gonna have a lot of patience. I am a newbie of sorts and I am going. So tag along. I am in a stock tj with 32s and no lift or lockers! We will be meeting Sunday around 10 am at camp rock and the 247. You are more than welcome!! Or you can meet at may place before 10.

Well, have fun out there as I'm out. I get to go to the Renaissance Pleasure Faire in Irwindale instead!! Oh well, have not been in quite some time, and a big family group is going. Would of been nice if they had not waited until yesterday evening to tell me!! On the plus side, I get to play with my 7 month old granddaughter, which is always cool.

The Group! Cell coverage spotty out there. Had a great time and tested limits. I now have additional fixes to take care of. Leaky brake line, blown rear shock, and some rock rash.

I finally got my Jeep washed and got a look at the sliders and skids from Calico.......... Wow, they got used more than I realized. My diff covers had some evidence of getting used also. I'm so glad I had everything protected, although I don't think I would have attempted going where we did without.

Piece of mind really is priceless

My attempt was testing the limits so after leaving rubber behind and a nice dent in the rock slider... Miguel gave me a little tug

Rrampley, thank you very much for your hospitality! I'm glad that you tried and enjoyed this outing. Was this your son's first drive offroad? If it was, he did great, the face he put on todd's face was priceless. I think that out of 6 jeeps, only three went home without some sort of carnage. I completely broke the mounting areas on my muffler, my front drive line needs to be replace (its still good but rather just have it as a spare) and my passenger door suffered two major blows when i slid sideways. Unfortunately i do not have that many pictures, but am ok with that, i loved this adventure and anyone that had seen me wheel, i hope i left a lasting memory (hopefully good). Remember, i will not tell you to do something i don't think you can do. And yes, i did get stuck....twice, but thats what happens when i wanted try new things.
