Asuza Canyon Pics

Had a blast today, Everyone showed up on time aired down and went on in. Place was like a ghost town. A couple other people out there but id say around 10 out there the whole day. No major stucks or breakage. I had a funny blip in the jeep but i reset the comp and all is good. There wasnt much mud out there. but we found enough to get dirty. You WF follks missed out, only a couple sections of big mud areas. LOTS of creek crossing hill climbs and rock.

The place has REALLY changed theres a boiuld field about 3 football fields long.

John crossing the First creek

Brian following

Tim

Another crossing

Tim Finally got stuck out there. it was barely stuck. he high centered his rer leaf spring on a rock in the water. Not often do i get to yank Tim out of stuck.

Tims friend Brad has all the mud shots that we will have soon.

It looks like a great place to roll around in, and you guys having the run of the place is just cool as hell. It wasn't as muddy? I was really reluctant about the mud.

I love it, but it's just such a hassel anymore. One time having to spend a day cleaning it out of the seats and I'm mud shy.

haha yea I try to stay out of it too. the place is night and day different as far as terrain. there are soo many boulders its crazy. theres still a muddy area but you can easily drive around it. granted when they lower the lake level there wil be more mud but today was sweet.

Very nice pics. That's not like last time I was there at all. I just remember a big field of nothing but mud. Look like it was fun, sorry to have missed it.

yea theres lots of Rocks. kinda wierd. there still a huge area of nothing but mud. but man its waaay different. alot more creek crossings too

bad thing about the HUGE rock area is that there is stagnant water in there haha. I drove in it a little (didnt have enough clearance for alot of it) and it started to stink haha.
