Internal sleeves? I know Off Road Evolution does them. I just got Poly Performance's internal sleeves yesterday. $100, pre cut, machined surface. They'll be going in within the next couple weeks.

Just read a thread about those...they look like a pain to install.

off road evo or rebel off road

i prefer rebel off road as they do the minimal amount of welding.

their sleeve is a lot thicker and bigger then off road evo...

We'll see. It SHOULD be a pain to install. You want it to essentially increase the wall thickness of the axle tubes by having no gap between the tubes and the sleeves. If there's a gap, the sleeves will just act as a point to stop the axle from bending further.

X2 for Off Road Evolution. Mel is good people. I've had very bad luck with Rebel. They did do my sleeves and that is one of the few thing they didn't mess up. Oh yeah, Rebel will quote you one price and then tack on shipping fees when you go to pay. Not sure if they still do but they did to me. Just and FYI.

South Bay is coastal Los Angeles south of the Sepulveda Pass out to Long Beach. Pretty much the LAX / LGB areas.
