I've added armor, skid plates, sliders, tires, winch and bumper, lights, and on and on. Still have a long way to go.

Good call on dumping that bumper. Did the last guy plan on hitting deer?

Looks like an Ozzy Roo Bar. Should work on white tails I guess. Beautiful black jeep though.

That piece of thin aluminum wouldn't have offered protection against a house cat...

I can't wait to get my Rubicon and post to this thread! I ordered my 2014 in August and I still don't have it! Scheduled to ship (to Orange County) on Oct 9th.
Then the mods begin! Funny, I've already started buying stuff and I don't even have my Jeep.

I bought a 2014 JKU anvil color. Body color fenders and body color hardtop. I hear about the possible scratches that can happen on the body color fenders, but I'm willing to take my chances cause I really like the look.
Bumpers, lift, wheels, gears, my head is spinning. I need to space out the mods a bit too, just need to pick the right order, couple mods at a time.
Man Gunner, can't wait to see your jeep when you pick it up! Post pics please! May need to borrow a few of your ideas.
I'm new, still trying to figure out my plan. LOL

New to the Jeep life & new to the forum... I've had many of 4X's never a Jeep though. Had a truck fire so I made the jump to a Jeep.

Two months later in the driveway...

The mod list just keeps growing want vs need

Been to the dunes a few times now just need to make some Jeep friends around here so I can hit some trails...

Since it doesn't say in your profile......where is "around here" located? There are Jeepers all over this forum, from San Diego to the Bay area, and pretty much everyplace in between.

You are a ways away from Victorville, but I believe there are lots of wheelers in your area and lots of places to go wheelin too! Let me know if you are going to be in our neck of the woods any time soon, and maybe we can wheel together.
