I8RDS Can you tell me the make of your sliders. I need to replace the running boards after the run I did on saturday. The left side hit a little hard.

I have these. Rock Hard 4X4 RH3001-SC - Rock Hard 4x4 Parts Rocker Sliders with Tubing for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ - Quadratec

They are a good quality slider priced right and they look really good as well. I put them to the test in JV last Monday.

Your welcome!

That's a bummer! But these look awesome and will serve your purpose. If I remember correctly, I ended up ordering directly from Rock Hard. $300

They don't hold up. I've seen it personally with friends. I wouldn't use them. JK08 Danny for one..in Calico.

Smittybuilt has some good products like any other brand..but they're also known as Shittybuilt depending on what you buy from them. Do your sliders right the first time..why risk it? Rock Hard is the better product. Do some research, ask some people..I have their full roll cage as well..and that's been put to the test as well when I flopped. Windshield totally intact..

OOhhh that explains it. Ouch..whatever you decide, just make sure you do it riight the first time..especially if you plan on crawling for a while. They'll be cheaper than body damage down the line.

That's a lot! Serious cash. Brings back memories of when I re-geared and installed ARB's front and rear in one shot.

Well here's what I did in the last couple weeks, 5 Nitto trail grapplers 295x70R18, Rockhard oil pan and tyranny skid, smittybuilt sliders, poison spyder body armor, optima yellow top, hi lift jack with warrior hood mount, and a new starter. Whew! Expensive!

Nice!! How much fun was that? What's 295"s equate to? 33's or 35's?

295 is a 34" tire. I have been working so many hours haven't had a chance to get them dirty yet.
