Derp is an expression associated with stupidity, much like the earlier forms of interjections like “duh” and “dur.” In image macros, the subject is typically portrayed with eyes that are pointed to each side and a caption that reads “DERP.” The words “herp” and “derp” are often used in rage comics to replace nondescript names or parts of conversation.
Just found this online. never heard it before.

I'll get to camp around 1030am ish Saturday. Bernie and Vanessa will be there already..we dont know what site yet b/c there's no reservations..just look for my Jeep! Bernie has a blue rubicon ..

For my friends coming from the South- take exit #72 off the 101 in Ventura. You'll go under the fwy and then up and over a bridge. Right after that, you'll see the Emma Wood Beach sign. Hang a left. Go a hundred yards and you'll hit the ranger shack who then will proceed to take some money. The rangers are there from dawn to dusk. $10 day pass, $30 for overnight. Anyone not in an RV and staying the night needs to tell the rangers we're with people in the RV's because technically, there's no tent camping. ( if you were planning on staying)

Headcount:

1. Me
2. Buck- a new friend
3. Lisa-Lab Lover
4. Bernie and Vanessa-werubiblue06
5. Rich and family-rkwfxd
6. Parker and Jess- Maverick243
7. Lorenzo, Loren and kids-4x4smurf
8. Bob
9. Lisa and Ross
10. Brandon and Britt-BrandonT
11. Nick-Derp

Maybe/ waiting to hear back:
1. Dwight and Lynda- on the way back from Pomona Solvang100
2. George-Geocash ***Looks like George and wife are coming Saturday AM. Confirming tomorrow.
3. Chip-Bluefin
4. Brian-cj
5. JP- if not working

We're BBQing so bring whatever you want to eat and drink.

Looks like it's shaping up into a really nice party. Sorry Dave and I are prepping the Jeeps for a sunday morning takeoff on a 3 day with the wives to Anza Borrego. It would have made a nice day trip.

I bought my Rock Hard sliders for $300. They're a good make (I have their Roll Cage as well, that's already been put to the test and passed with a flop ) , they look freakin awesome and they're priced right. As for armor, get an oil pan skid at the very least, They aren't going to break the bank and you need one for Calico. Sharp rocks there. Let me know if you'd like to go and I'll add ya to my list! Be great to make another new wheelin' friend

Lorie
Well March is a good ways away so that gives me some time to drain my bank account ^_^ lol but I am definitely planning on trying to make it out. I just watched the wrangler forum trip on youtube and you seem like a great time to hang out with :-D

Hahaha...are you trying to disassociate yourself from the faceless man with the dog? Where else did you post this picture that you needed to block out his face?

Hey everybody going--if you haven't said when you're arriving; Friday or Saturday, please let me know so we know to keep an eye out for you. If you're coming Saturday, we'll leave camp at 10am for the trails.
