Cleghorn backwards - sunday 1/19/14

Gonna run it the opposite direction this time around. Since a number of people don't know their way around that area, I figured we could stage this run from Mickey D's at the 15 & 138. Let's try to be ready to wheel by 08:00 in the a.m.. What do you think? Can ya do it?

I have been on runs when we attempted to run it backwards 2 or 3 times before. We either had someone break or ran out of time it would be a fun run!

You are starting at the highway, so are are you driving down on the fire road and then back up? I might try to make it but don't yet have my jeep back from Stan's. Should be tomorrow...

I thought we'd take 138 up to Silverwood and enter from that end of the trail

I just figured meeting there would make it easier for those "Outa Towners" who don't know the area.

I'd be up for this once football season is over. Apparently you guys don't watch the playoffs.

Besides, starting this early, there's a good chance we'll be home before halftime (unless we go someplace after Cleggy)

It is a strong possibility that I will go on this one. I have some previous things to do tomorrow but I am looking for a way to make some changes. I do like the early start though as that man help with the other plans I had.

I don't know where Lakeside is, but the start location is in the middle of the Cajon Pass a few miles north of San Bernardino. Hope that helps you.

Are there any others going on this backwards adventure? I have not had my Jeep out in months, I need to get the blood running through the veins of the poor thing.

You never really know how many will show up until ya get there. Truth is, anything from 2 or 3, to maybe a dozen makes for a good size group. If you ask me, any more than that, there is almost always a breakdown of some kind. Just my opinion.
