Cleghorn Run? Maybe?

Hey guys, so I was advised to just start a new thread. I'm fairly new, and my YJ is all stock and no lift and was told this trail was a good beginner one.
I don't anyone to go and thought itd b Kool to get a group together and stuff. But a group that wouldn't mind going at a beginner pace if ur a pro.

I live in Los Angeles 562 area.
If you guys for a group... Let me know. Id love to join. Weekends work perfect for me BUT if u tell me in advance.. Any weekday could work as well.

Thx guys!!!>.<

Lets do this. Cleghorn can be as easy or hard as you choose. And you will be suprised by just how capable your stocker is. Count me and my gf in.

We might be hitting Cleghorn next week, 3/11 (Sunday). You're more than welcome to come.

See: 3/11

If not, we're going somewhere that will be beginner friendly.

Now I'm confused...didnt you start the post? You didnt put a date so we assumed you wanted to go tomorrow? If you want to start later, we can start later like Jeff said or if you want to do it another day thats fine to. We are flexible and would like to wheel with you

Nah, not this time. Wife is going to a wedding shower so I'm hangin with the kids. I guess I can't complain because it's usually the other way around. Of course, this means in a month I have to go to the damn wedding too!
At least it's the week AFTER the Turd fest. I'd be pissed if it was the same week.

My wife does have too many frickin friends though and they're always getting married or having baby showers or something.

I do need to scratch up those skids though. They look too clean and purdy right now!

If you all wouldn't mind, I would love to jump in with you. I was thinking about going to Hungry Valley, but this is just about as far for me... If I have a choice, I'd rather go where I can meet some people and get to see some new stuff.

Unless I read differently, I will aim for the trailhead at 9:30 as well. I'll be in a all-white 2012 JKUS (all stock.) No plates on her yet, so I bet I will stick out like a sore thumb.

Wish this thread started earlier in the week. Saturday already committed to finishing some projects I have been avoiding. If Sunday was an option I might be able to make it.

Btw, is it really that easy to find? I'll head North on the 15 and take the Cleghorn exit, will the trailhead be right there? I've been looking at Dirtopia and a few other places to try and figure out where to go, and there seems to be some conflicting info.

Why are you passing, I thought you started the thread, Heck I'm probably another 15 minutes further out than you and make that BB trek all the time.

Besides only mall crawling in 562 area code.

Hell ya! Wouldn't be getting my moneys worth out of them if they stay nice and shiny!

I'm looking forward to spring so the snow will melt and make Big Bear an option again.

Yes, your welcome to join us. The trail head is very close to the exit, can't miss it. Just make a right at the end of the off ramp and your there. We will air down at 930. I will shoot you a pm w my cell number.

Welcome to the forum and Jeep world! I was in the same boat back in October. Cleghorn was my first trail too, great first trail. Jeff and Bill are great people to go with too, they know the trail well.
