There's a few short ones, but the shaver area has the best local trails.

Yes....closer to the mountians....about 15 minutes........
I am thinking about going down south and taking an off roading class.
Badlands Off-road Adventures 4 Wheel Drive Training (4WD) and Guide School he is a friend of the GM of Jeep here in Visalia and he recommended it to me, to learn the basics the correct way ect. Went to the website, looks pretty interesting!

I found that site on the web it cost like 300.00 +. there another one at hollister hill. It's given by espirt de four. Goggle it and see if you can find it that's a whole lot cheaper.

Yeah hope soo. I heard that some of the trails are still closed due to all the snow on them. It suppose to be a small window for wheeling. I know that bald is open, I need to get up there.

Whiskey falls was alot of fun. Some challenging trails, hit a few 5' deep sections of snow.

I was just up there 2 weekends ago. Bald was open, brewer was still closed. I think swamp lake was still closed too.
