Cow mountain Aug 25

Going to be rolling up to cow mountain Sunday for a run with a buddy come join

Cow has a pretty nice rock crawling area as well as some trails to run.. Great place for a day trip

Yep, I believe so. I didn't take it, but I bet it could be challenging! Trail 6 is fun, but it dead ends at the creek, so you'd have to back track. I haven't tried trail 17 yet. Not sure how overgrown it is.

Yeah, I'm going. I'll be going solo though. Cindy's had a super busy week at work and is whooped. She doesn't want to get up at 5AM, drive 4hrs, wheel all day, and drive 4hrs back home. Can't blame her. I think I'm crazy in the head for doing it myself! LOL!
