Oh My goodness- what a Blast this weekend was. It only goes to show, it's always the people..it's not just about the rocks or trails. Even on the easiest trails around, I had the best time ever..and Sunday proves $hit can happen at any given time...even on trails rated easy and just a dirt road Never a dull moment! And yes, the CB is half the fun...on my runs anyways

So glad everyone had fun! And I too, can't wait for the next one. It's Cougar Buttes and it's in 2 weeks. April 19-20

Thanks for sharing pics! I love the line up pic! My phone is charging..will post what I have later on!

lol yea...you know those sideways little hills..I tried to steer into it to avoid the flop, but there was no saving her. So down we went. And then 20 minutes later, we just pushed her back upright...no issues

Tina cracked me up. She does NOT do bugs! LOLOLOL Seriously, that's bug killer!!!

We saw a killer rainbow Saturday morning before hitting the trails and my gloves definitely got warmed up...as they got blown into the fire trying to dry them out

Yes next time we are camping also, we will make sure to bring the Tequila, Beer, Wood and Bugs for Tina's tent lol. Thanks again Lorie it was a great time. I wasn't there Sunday to see you put her on her side. But for some reason we can just imagine you in your jeep seat belted in on it's side laughing your ass off about being on your side.

When are we all going again? Can't wait!

LET'S GO

What can I say? After doing a beginner run for peeps, I have moments of weakness where I feel the need to find or make myself my own challenges. I knew I wasn't going to make it and tried to drive into it to avoid the floppidy-flop, but that didn't work either..But, that's OK. It happens! Some guy piped up on my FB and said he's lost count of how many times he's flopped..I don't want to get to that level, but it does happen, and as long as it's not a roll off a mountain, it's not that big of a deal. We get off-cambered from time to time...no harm, no fowl. Joanzie is ready for Cougar Buttes April18-20th. I'll probably post that up later on today/tonight...

I'm so glad you had a good time!

Easy Run for new people!

Or for anyone who just wants to hang out and relax on some trails..call it a Meet and Greet if ya want..

Every now and then, I like to host an easy & relaxing run for the newer wheelers. Hungry Valley is perfect for that. For those of you who donít know, Hungry Valley is trail riding. Thereís no rock crawling, no lockers required. It's a good place to get a feel for your Jeep b/c there is a practice area as well. If you want to try some things with your Jeep, the practice area has some rocks, steps, mud pit, etc.. Stock Jeeps are fine for HV. I will run us up Pronghorn, to Quails Pass, Vics Cat, and Sterling trails. Pipeline too if ya want! Itís very mild compared to Calico or BB but itís still fun..I usually always see a lot of deer, bunnies and squirrels.

If you want to camp, I'm down for that..Fri- Sun or just even Saturday night..

Be nice to sit around camp and chat over a beer and grub!

Info/directions: Hungry Valley SVRA

Let me know!
