gearing

Anyone know of a good fair priced shop to do my gearing and locker install? I have the gears, locker, and install kits already. Hoping to find a place within an hour or so of Redwood City.

Thanks

Im planning to get my gears changed by Arabia Overkill Fabrication. Nothing but good reviews from them and they're not too much more expensive than an average shop ($120 an hour). They specialize in jeeps.

Alright thanks for the tip. I'm not the biggest fan of them but I may end up having them do the work.

Check out MS Auto Gears in Santa Clara. They are right off 101 and the guys seem very knowledgable. They specialize in jeeps and land cruisers. They've helped me out a few times and are reasonably priced and get stuff done in a timely manner.

Check out Shaffer's Offroad in Alameda. Talk to Mike (510) 999-7766. The best prices I found and he knows his stuff.

Or call The Rear End shop in Livermore ask for Barry.... they are a little on the pricey side in my opinion, but do good work.

I have a new prorock 44, front driveshaft, coils, shocks, and compressor all sitting in my garage. I'm waiting on metalcloak LCAs and trackbars as well.

Your jeep sounds like its going to be pretty sweet!

I needed up finding a friend of a friend who owns a shop that will do my gears and locker for me. I will be getting the new Eaton 4 elocker (the new 4 pinion design), so we'll see how it works out.
