Hah yeah baby, it's raining like crazy here in Escondido by San Diego. The weather guy says we can expect nearly 7" in our area before the rain clears out.

Where I am concerned, there is no such thing as anything good where mud is concerned. I'll stick to rocks thank you.

We r gettin hit with rain too. I dont think it is anywhere near 7 inches, but its quite a bit for my area.

I always find it funny how different "wheeling" is in different parts of the country. Seems like a lot of people on the east coast love the mud, but the farther west you come its more about the rocks. Ill also pass on the mud too...lol

Haha I went out mudding yesterday and I could not drive straight on this one trail cuz it was on the side of a hill and I kept slipping further off the trail so I had to winch myself through it and ended up unrooting two trees! Granted one tree was dead from a fire but still!

I have yet to try rocks! I need to get on that! I just feel like I'd break something way easier! Haha

I'm hoping that storm carries over to AZ. We can only expect up to one half inch. Hopefully its enough to get some mud

As long as you have a public car wash somewhere close then mudding is a blast. I made the mistake of cleaning all the mud off in my drive way ONCE....... Let's just say that everyone down stream ended up with a little mud from the cutter......But did I have a blast.......

Tonights storm and into tomorrow is suppose to be worse. I think Orange County starting at 9pm will be under a tornado watch.......then hail, lightening and thunder too.......well I guess this happens every ten or so years....

Cheers,

Well that's just great now. I have carpeting inside my garage and there's an inch of water that has turned it into the consistency of a wet sponge
That wouldn't be so bad but I will be the working underneath the jeep almost all day Saturday replacing the fuel pump and pinion seal after Christmas morning and the carpeting will still be soaked. I can't wait.

Ha yeah tell me about it. If the previous owners of the house had not glued the carpeting down, it would have been long gone.

Ah, looks like the rain is moving out! Beginning to wonder what sun looks like. Off to clean the jeep now. Going out New Years, see if I still remember how to wheel. Anybody game?

The previous owners had turned it into a game room complete with a pool table.

Hell yeah I vacuum it! Of course I'm vacuuming up metal grindings, MIG welding wire pieces, wire snippets, weld slag, etc.
