Heavy heart..........

I just left the hospital where I visited my very good friend a fellow "jeeper". He was t boned by a Ford Excursion. He is in a drug induced coma due to his brain and the bleeding that is occurring. His Jeep rolled several times after getting hit and then it jumped over and landed on an embankment. The after market roll cage, though it probably saved his life......it had to be cut away to get him out. All prayers would be great appreciated. His name is Matt.

Thanks,

OCJeeper

It's very hard to see a friend that way. He is in our prayers for a full recovery. Hang in there, he needs you right now. Let us know.

Thank you all for your kind words and prayers. I have been told by the Doctors and his family that Matt will remain in a drug induced coma for a week. They hope this will give his brain the time it needs to heal. However I am counting on the master physician....to do the healing. God Bless all.

It's hard to believe that it has been 2 weeks since my friends accident. He is still in ICU at a SoCal hospital that specializes in brain injuries. He is making good progress. He is out of the coma and off the breathing machine.....praise God. Now we have to wait for his brain to figure things out. This process could take several months. He may be transferred to a rehab center soon for the process of helping him with walking, speaking or what ever he will need. Thank you all for your prayer and kind words. God Bless you all.
