HOLIDAY Runs

My family is flying in from CT for Christmas and we have 26- 29 Dec set aside for camping, running the jeep and having fun in the Socal desert. Anyone available to spot us? I'm thinkong Blair Valley for Fish Crek, Pinion Mtn and or Ocotillo Wells. We will likely end up out in Grays Well for some dune buggy action on the 28th or 29th.

Fred1 and I will be out in Borrego. I will see what I am doing those days and get back to you. This could be some fun.

Starting to shape up for the afternoon of the 26th thru the morning of the 28th. Still thinking Blair Valley of S2 or Hidden Valley of 78.

I'm avoiding jeep squeeze and Heart attack hill (Pinyon mtn drop off) everything else is passable by most vehicles. I think we need to run back up Diablo Drop off which the guide book rates difficult but I did it last April with 30" wrangler GSA and no lockers. I think you would be fine. Still on track for a 1000 depature from Agua Caliente on te 27th. We plan to pack in lunch for a day trip.

Follow 78 out past Julian, S2 will be east of Julian on the right. Runs between 78 and I-8 at Ocitillo
