Any body run it the opposite direction before? Looked like fun or we run it both ways.

Running it backwards sounds fun.

The first time I ran it was backwards because I didn't know better... I thought it wasn't too bad until I got to the end and my nephew jumped out and said good luck

Both ways sounds interesting....

Nicely done Rick! I think that video camera does a great job with video and sound.

I hate it, too sensitive as far as bumps and the zoom sucks. It's a Flip which my wife wanted when our first son was born. Now obsolete due to cell phone cameras.

I want to eventually get a real camcorder that has some sort of stabilization and better zoom lens. That's on the long list though...

Then you ought to be pretty happy with your skills cause I had a lot of fun watching it on a 17 inch screen. It looked pretty good to me.

I should let you video with my GoPro at Big Bear, I screwed it up royally at Calico and got nothing worth looking at. I am beyond technically challenged!

I have video option on my T2i and have used it without problems, the GoPro go me

Thanks all! Instead of looking at pics before a run, I like watching video of it from the last time I ran something.

Yeah, the Go Pro's are better at attaching somewhere on the Jeep to film as you're moving. I can't currently do that without crashing...

The Go Pro would be ideal for the last parts of JB where it's mostly Rock Gardens, but nowhere to stop and film. LOVE that section!!

I want to eventually get a Go Pro and a camcorder and edit the videos together.

There was an opportunity earlier to get you Jeep on film. I guess you were not interested in loaning it out. LOL

I pm'd that guy. ha ha.

I'm always looking to make a little extra mod money, would be REAL cautious. He pm'd back and made it sound like it wasn't a close enough match to the one in his pics.

I would obviously be very careful -- wouldn't let it out of my sight. Plus, I used to work as a set medic as a side job when I was an EMT so have been on many movie sets. If it didn't look like a real shoot (+everything else checking out), wouldn't do it.

I was wandering around Best Buy today and they had a roll bar mount for the GoPro, I bought it. It's always tricky to figure where to put it, this should help.
