so I live in the Burbank area and was wondering if there was anywhere to offroad around here? I've heard some things about up in the sunland area? also nothing to outrageous, my yj is my daily driver so it'll have to get me back to work on Monday, haha. any word would be much appreciated! :wavey:
Nothing really around Burbank and there's about a 100ft long trail in sunland. Closest from Burbank would probably be rowhler flats in santaclarita. Azusa is close as well
You have Hungry Valley in Gorman off the 5 fwy, Azusa canyon off the 210fwy, and Miller jeep trail off the 5 fwy as well... But going off your profile it seems like you're into mud so Azusa would be the place for you
2nd on Rowher Flats and Gorman. There are a lot of trails up towards Gorman on the 5 in both the state park and forrest service land. Rowher is a bit more unregulated and is a vast network of crisscrossing trails and fire roads as well as a park that is sort've monitored.
Also look up Drinkwater Flats out by Rowher in Santa Clarita between the 5 and the 14.
thanks a lot guys, I've looked all over sunland and don't know where this 100ft trail is. got directions at all? want to go there to test a few mods me and a buddy are planning for my jeep and his vw bug, before we take the trip to something a little more fun. like those wonderful flats

From Burbank take glenoaks towards sunland. Make a right on sunland go all the way until you pass the 210 bridge and about another mile make a left on oro vista. It goes all the way down and turns right. About 1/2 mile down there's a small trail to your right. The tujunga creek is on the left. Pm me if you want to call and ask
:Thanx:alright I see it, just a big loop really. just what i'm looking for...for now. thanks a load guys! i'll post up when i'm gonna go, maybe meet up there sometime, grab a few brews after.
