Great run today. Thanks yomondo for leading the way. After knocking my steering damper off, I guess I know my next mod; reposition it up out of harms way! Anyway, nice meeting all of you. Looking forward to seeing some pics (next time I need to bring a camera).

I'm glad you enjoyed your first time out and that we didn't scare you away from wanting to do it again. Since it appears you may have caught the bug, be prepared to (J)ust (E)mpty (E)very (P)ocket.

Unfortunately for me I don't have another available weekend until maybe a month from now, and possibly not until December.

yeah i didn't get scared but was nervous at first. its something new and exciting and i love that feeling - can't wait to get more into the sport!!

the only thing that still scares me - or well not really scares me but when i am just about to go out for a race i get crazy butterflies in my stomach, when i am lined up on the starting gird im thinkning what the hell am i doing, then the flag drops and its the best rush ever!

Kinda the feeling I got when I went skydiving a couple of times. Standing at the open door of the aircraft with my head sticking out and toes hanging off the edge looking down from 13k feet moments from jumping, my mind says "what the hell are you doing?!!!", then I jump and it's the most awesome feeling there is. I'd be driving a bike too, for that similar rush, if my wife would let me.

It's expensive, otherwise I'd do it more. I can only afford so many expensive hobbies. But it's one of those bucket list things you just gotta do sometime in your life.

Nice run everyone. I will def meet up with you the next time around. I would have came out (had a change of plans) but ended up being sick anyways, so it was unfortunate lol.
