Thumbs up Last Chance/Nightmare Gulch Run Video - Jan 20, 2013

Had a great time running Last Chance Canyon and Nightmare Gulch with the huge turnout of WF members and non-members who joined the run organized by DaK on January 20, 2013.

Over 20 rigs showed up, and we had something for everyone. Made for an awesome time and lots of spectacles from builds of all types hitting the many obstacles that comprise the area. I think its safe to say that everyone had a blast, and everyone made it out safely.

Without further fluff, here's some of the footage we shot for this trip:

It is also closed the 1st through (including) the 15th of every month after that. Guess a better way of putting that is that it is open to vehicle traffic from the 16th through the end of the month starting in Jul through Jan of the next yr. Recommend not going through this canyon until Oct.

Gets pretty hot in that canyon.

Geeze, talk about complicated dates for it to be closed. Still plan doing this trail though.

Awesome run. Wish I would have went. Next time when I am on the fence I'll have to remember this video to get me over.

Thanks!
I ended up going back to good old Windows Movie Maker. I tried Sony Vegas and Adobe Premiere, and while you could get some very nice editing going and get more professional results, the length of time it takes usually meant my video never got edited and published. With movie maker, its easier to just get it done and shared. I must have like 500GB of unedited video from past trips .

I hear you, something always wants to get in the way of a good wheeling trip.
