What kinda wheeling you gonna do? My sciatic nerve pulsed up a few days ago. Your plan will decide my decision. I am solid for basic trails and some rough stuff but not wanting to spend the day lump and bump over rocks. That damn pain is teeter tottering on me, just on the edge, don't want to push it over the cliff and be all jacked up, lol. I hope you post up as I would love to meet up with others for some fun.

Ohhh I soo feel your pain. Mine flared up for the first time a year ago last month. Fell straight on my bed and couldn't move(as in had to use a bed pan cause I could not move)for two days straight. Took me another two weeks to start walking/gimping around. Then another month to learn how to walk normal again. I still have numbness on the outside blade of my left foot, although not painful I can still feel my nerve from the top of my left cheek all the way down to my foot. That teeter hang up thing worked wonders, first time I thought I was gonna die and was scared to try it again. After a couple weeks I tried it a second time and felt immediate relief. This helped my recovery quite a bit.

My boss informed me that we have dog training scheduled for tomorrow at 115pm. On Sunday? Sunday? Sunday? Like right before the Charger game starts,Sunday? Somehow she lacked the ability to understand that I would be willing to watch my game later on DVR because I was wheeling but was upset that she scheduled a training session right when my team was on. Realizing how dumb I sounded I said ok with my head held low. I won't go wheeling.....dammit.

I wouldn't miss a penny earned for a Chargers game let alone space on my DVR for an episode of Barney and Friends. :)

Yeah man. Getting older sucks. It's not like I am an old man or anything. I will say 44 years of bouncing off dirt bikes, buggies, trucks and everything else has been playing catch up on me. At 45 it seemed to just bamo me. Now 47 it's been fun the last few years.

Went up to Cleghorn this morning, finished around 3 or so. First time up there, pretty cool trail.

Saw NotARubicon starting the trail on the Silverwood side as my buddy and I were driving off.
