Light Laws

I've been trying to find the California Laws on auxilary lights but i cant find any information on it. Like how high are our offroad lights allowed to be or if our offroad lights on our bumpers are allowed to be on with our headlights at night, etc? Any help is appreciated!

The ca law states that you are allowed to have four auxiliary lights on a vehicle for off road use only.
