I'm down in HB. I wouldn't mind going if I've got work off on the 22nd. Been meaning to get out anyways I suppose. This will be a nice day of compromise since I can't do the WF meet and greet up in bear this year (my boss is an ass (: ). Either way, if you all don't mind I would love to tag along

I too have no winch or cb :o I do have a trusty shovel and tow strap though

I have a walkie talkie you can use to keep in touch, and I too am in HB. If you like we can meet up and tail gate up there.

I live in the SF Valley, and I have the same issue with the wave. The first return wave I ever got is 2 weeks ago across the street at the Flying J just before heading out to BC109.

Agreed. My hope is that the owners are just not aware of the "rules".

I make every new JK owner aware of the responsibilities of driving a JEEP. I even start them out with an easy trail map from Dirtopia.com that's close to their house. I inform them that the Wave is mandatory. You'd be amazed at the number of JKU Rubicon owners who tell me it will never see the dirt. 😞

I can't tell you how many rich people I see down near main street in the high dollar HB section with jku rubicons that are lifted and what not. Shoot they don't even know what a rubicon is.

Oh well. Us real jeepers that actually wave will be taking our real jeeps out pretty soon here
