Calico left its mark all over my rig and I don't really plan on replacing any of it (I will be chopping my bumper though)

Some of that happened when you were with us. Its character, each ding, dent and scratch has a story.

But yeah, time to step up to some Rockhards or PSC's. Not only that, when you get rid of the ACEs you will pick up more ground clearance due to the other rock rails not drooping below the rocker panels like ACEs.

Be sure to get ones that provide a nice step along the body. Never know when you may need people to step on them to provide ballast to get through over or around something.

This appears to be a pattern. I distinctly remember someone saying, "Girls can do this too." No, the question must be asked, did any boys get stuck in this same manner on this obstacle?

Hmmm, maybe somethings are better off left to the boyz.

Some things are better tried rather than wonder if...

I know I only wheeled with you once, but from some of your comments it almost seems like you are somehow threatened or offended by women wheelers.

Not in the least. Welcome them. I actually applaud her individuality and independence to go out and lead these adventures.

Lori said this to me many times while on the trail, "It is not just for boyz. Women can do this too".

Just having some fun with her words.

There's more like me. So if you can cure me, you cure a couple more .. but good luck. Problem with addicts is, they have to want to change. The next obstacle i see that I may or may not make, will most likely be tried. Make some, you lose some. It's who I am. ;-)

We never get stuck. Only temporarily delayed. I have yet to completely abandon a rig on the trail. Although I have had to leave a few overnight until we could properly assess the situation in the light of day. Nobody gets left behind!!!

Hi Dave, that in a nutshell describes this group of friend.

I for one lived vicariously through YouTube for too long. If I see someone else able to go over an obstacle you damn well know I will most likely try it. If I needed help to get out/over it, well at least I tried it!

Oh and the girls helped in the rescue too! Hah!

Speaking of rescue, rescueBrandon and I are on the side of the freeway rescuing an out of gas and dead battery Cherokee.. Right now. Ha!

Next time I'd like to get my moms jeep out to calico! Leaves and Detroit lockers, baby! I'm with Lynette on proving girls can do it and they can do it without a rubicon!!

..does anyone have a car trailer? Brandon won't let me drive it the two hours from Laughlin to camp!! I guess on the road is scarier then offload where I'll probably tip it!! . Haha!!

Yea I like these ones, I haven't had a problem with clearance yet. In fact in tight spots I use them like a lazy Suzan.
I like the way they are, I haven't had to deal with smashed bolts etc. makes the jeep a little Easyer to work on.
