I believe some folks from Pt Mugu are planning a run up there the same day. Ceck their boards and maybe you can hook up with them. I am sure they know the way.

Adventure Pass Vendor List - Passes & Permits
I was able to switch my on-call rotation, so I'm free from work this weekend, and all clear to wheel and camp. Also, I have a "second vehicle" adventure pass (in addition to my primary one) that someone can use if they need it.

you can find a place to buy it online here. it says 5 bucks for a day, or 30 for a year. im not sure if they mail it to you, or if you can print it out. i haven't got mine yet so i don't know. Armand do you?

or you can find a place from the list to go buy it.

Most sporting goods stores (Sport Chalet, Sports Authority, Big 5, etc.). They're $5/day, so $10 for the weekend, or $30 for the annual pass. If you can't find one in time, like I said, I have a "second vehicle" pass that you can use.

Hi Guys,

I'd like to join you on this run. I'm in for the trail and camping. I haven't done the Miller Jeep trail. How long is that trail?

Cheers!

Right on, Dave!

The trail is 11 miles from the staging area to Dutchman Camp. Last time, we left the staging area at 10:30 and got to camp at 2:40. That included a half hour lunch break at Sunset Camp from 12:45 to 1:15. From Dutchman camp, it's a 15 mile/45 minute drive on fire roads to the Hungry Valley 4WD playground.

Hey Guys,

Count Janice and I in for the day. We won't be camping, we have to work Friday and we are watching my parents' dog so we would have trouble fitting everything in for camping for just one night with two dogs.

Anyways, we will plan on meeting you all at Big John's in the morning. Otherwise I will give you a call Brad. Should be fun!

Matt
