Does Sunday lunch in Anaheim work too? I was looking at Saturday 2/18, but some folks are putting together wheeling plans for that day, so how about Sunday 2/19 for our inaugural event (that still needs a name)?

Sunday the 19th in Anaheim works for me. I like JPi1's idea for "Brew and Chew"... it even rhymes.

I work on Sudays, so I would not be able to attend. If the majority wants a Sunday, then by all means go for it.

I like the idea of sat or sun for this, but weekends are the only time I can go Wheelin, or I have the jeep behind the motorhome going somewhere. But if they are planned ahead like has been said, I think it could work for some "Brew n Chew!"

Well other than 2/19 I might not have a free weekend until a few weeks after, so maybe we're not ready for a weekend yet. But it does looks like we have enough interest for a weeknight Brew N Chew in Inland Empire and OC. A bit of a drive for me, but I'd be willing to make it, and I get off work early enough to get there in time.

So what do you say? Ready to kick this thing off? How about next Wednesday for a Hump Day inaugural Brew N Chew in Inland Empire? And perhaps next month in OC.

Sounds like we need to start picking a place for this.
•Good parking visible from our seating
•Good food that's not expensive
•A neighborhood that doesn't like to steal jeep parts
•And a nice selection of cold beverages would be pretty good too

We can do Tuesday instead if you want. I don't think I can do Thursday.

Hey guys, suggest some venues. This your area. I don't know what's out there.

Thursday works out great for me. As for a place, I like breweries/pizza joints. In the IE, there is a place called Big Cheese Pizza in Riverside. Has patio seating, great food, good selection of micro brews. If in Corona is another pizza/brewery called Lamp Post Pizza off of the 91 and Main Street. Not too familar with OC places, but not scared to drive...

I don't think I can do next Thursday, in fact I'm pretty sure I can't. Does next Tuesday work for you?

Okay, so next Tuesday 2/7 it is! 6:30pm sound good? I don't care where, as long as they've got brews and chews! It'd be nice if the place had a big enough parking area so we can find a place in the back where we can all park together, so people can "oooo" and "ahhh" at all the cool looking Jeeps as they pass by. Then we can hang out in the parking lot a bit and check out all the cool stuff everybody's got on their Jeeps.

I'm good with Tuesday too. Either of the places Jeff suggested sound good. Pizza and brew is always a good mix.

That parking arrangement is perfect. That will be a deciding factor what place we pick.
Pizza n beer is fantastic!

The Lamp Post Pizza has more parking right at the place, but either has plenty of parking avaliable. Personally, I like the pizza and brew better at Big Cheese, but it is a bit more of a drive for most of ya coming from LA or OC.

I'm fine with The Big Cheese. I'm gonna create a new thread for next week's Brew N Chew.
