Need advice on 2" BB, to get it or not?

I just recently got my 05 Jeep TJ and it is stock with 30x9.5 all Terrain BFG tires, I'm thinking of getting a 2" BB, but is that a good size lift for those tires?

Will it look to funny with those size tires, or should I go with a 1.75" bb lift instead, would that even matter?

The tires on it now are fairly new and I don't go off road to often (actually haven't gone with the jeep yet), seem to expensive and wasteful to get new bigger ones (31's)

I'm not a fan of 2 inch or (especially) 3 inch body lifts. In fact 2 inch or 3 inch body lifts can actually be harder to install than a basic 2" suspension (budget boost) lift due to modifications (like the shifters and fuel filler hoses) that are commonly needed with a body lift that is taller than 1 inch. I would either go with a 2 inch budget boost or a 1 inch body lift. The 1 inch body lift would also work well with taller suspension lifts when/if you install bigger tires.

When you have a choice, buy American.

I think he was asking about the budget boost jerry, not a body lift.

Personally I think 30s wouldnt look horrible with a 2 inch BB or a 1 inch BL...31s might fill it out a little nicer...32s might rub a little at full flex

Thanks for the response, but I am talking about the 2" budget boost with 30x9.5 tire size. I tried to search for any pictures of that same setup, and I can't find any good side profiles that show the changes when the 2" budget boost are installed.

Does anyone have any pictures of 2" lift with 30x9.5...thanks!
