New Here... San Diego Trails

New to the Jeep community and was wondering what trails are within easy driving distances from San Diego/Chula Vista? Are there maps, etc. available online? I'm new to off road, so I'm not looking for DIFFICULT trails.

Thanks in advance!

Anza Borrego Desert State Park has many trails for all levels of wheelers. There is also Ocotillo Wells out there that is a SVRA (State Vehicle Recreation Park) you can take your motorcycles and 4x4s out there and pick your own trails. This all surrounds the town of Borrego Springs which is centered right in the middle of the State park. This is all 1-2 hours away from most parts of San Diego county. Dirtopia and Youtube have great videos and pictures on the trails. This book ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/089997...540804-6543113 ) has great descriptions on the surrounding area, gives you directions on the trails, and comes with a huge map of the entire park.

X2 on Corral Canyon. You might want to also try Bear Valley off of Pine Valley Rd.
