Online Tire. HIghly recommend. You can pick up in Cerritos and save shipping costs. They'll mount and balance- but they're not a garage/shop. I picked up my wheels/tires in Cerritos and drove to my local guy to install. Still saved myself a big chunk of change. They'll price match anyone without too much trouble. I originally bought Toyos and changed my mind to KM2s. They swapped them out for me without a problem- charged me $25 I think.
(They did scuff a wheel- to which they immediately owned up and replaced it).

X2, They were $25 cheaper than Tire Rack on my MTR's but couldn't get them for month. Tire Rack has great pricing. I ordered my MTR's yesterday, they shipped yesterday (from Reno, $81) and were here this morning at 9:00AM.

If it wasn't clear. $25.00 per tire x 5, not bad.

I bought mine at Discount Tire. They were willing to match online prices and offer lifetime warranty on all damange even damage created by me (it cost a little extra for the warranty). Also included with the purchase is lifetime rotation and balance at no additional cost. One of the 5 Goodyear MTR's needed twice as much weight to balance compare to the others so I pointed that out and they called it a manafacurer defect and gave me a new one. This was after 3k miles on the tires.

I love my MTR's, they grip so much better than the toyo AT's that I replaced them with.

One more for MTR's.

Check tirerack.com and sears. If you have a local Sears, they will usually match anything you find online + will do free rotations.

Many other places will match prices, so find what you want and the price you want, then get someone local to match the price.

Also check Home - Discount Tire Direct

I used Americas tire and they price match and do free rotations and balancing for the life of the tire. I also paid $35 for the lifetime warranty. I blew out a tire on the Miller jeep trail on a rock and they replaced it with a new..no questions asked

Are you being sarcastic? I think so because this means they rock.

Maybe my post came out wrong. It was very cool for Discount Tire to give me a new tire. I watched them road force balance them after 3k miles and seen how much weight they all took. One took more weight than the others so I complained that it was a defect and they gave me a new one. It was driving fine but I am anal and read somewhere about you shouldn't need more than X amount of weight to balance.

Its not about being anal, its about getting what you payed for an nothing less. My MTRs have quite some weight in them but they all took the same so it seems normal for all four. Can't wait to see you out on a trail soon!

I thought the treatment they give sounded exactly the same as Discount Tire. So after doing a little research I found this.

Discount Tire and America's Tire are two unique names for one nationwide company. Discount Tire started in Michigan in 1960 and has since spread its wings from coast to coast with over 800 stores. However, in some regions, other companies already held the name 'Discount' in a similar context. In these regions, we go by the name America's Tire. This name embodies our truly national presence and reinforces our position as the most friendly, courteous and knowledgeable tire experts in the country.

Any purchase made at any Discount Tire or America's Tire store can be serviced at locations bearing either name.

Well that settles it! All tires from this day forward should be purchased from the above.

Good point. I like your style! Speaking of style when do we get to see a picture of the Metalcloaks?

I wasn't sleeping ok when I had the factory flares and old wheels. Now I get to sleep like a baby. I still drool every so often when I stare at it. Definitely not the same.

I almost forgot to say welcome to the forum and congradulations on your first Jeep.

Do you know what kind of tires you are looking for? How do you plan on using your Jeep?

I really recommend Discount Tires Direct. Free shipping which is nice but the customer service is outstanding.

I ordered four and UPS delivered three. Called UPS and they said they only got three even though I had four tracking numbers.

Called Discount Tires Direct and the guy said. "No Problem, We'll send you out another one today." And they did. No UPS investigation. No B.S. just sent out a new tire and said if the missing one shows up to call and they'd send a shipping label to return the extra tire.

I purchased 5 Nitto trail grapplers from discount tire direct. They matched the lowest price I found online and they all showed up to door in four days. Couldn't be happier with the service.
