I ruined the day? You had since 4:30AM yesterday to respond to Gene's post!

Sorry I had to bail on Cow guys. Just got too much to do this weekend. Looking forward to next weekend though. Hope to see you all then!

Is the lost coast trail too wet to run now? I wouldn't want to destroy anything or make things worst for OHV trails than it already is with our coastal commission friends but thought it might be fun... If you have any other thoughts for a little two day trip for a jeep that is mod but not complete...

Yes, it's too wet, plus they close Usal Rd from December thru April because of the rains. There are gates.

anywhere to go near san jose that isnt one of the state parks , i.e. maybe privately run - or beaches that can be accessed other than Pismo? Im not long here (California, or USA for that matter)but was surprised at how restricted everything is.

Sorry, but Cali is known for lot's of restrictions. It's a bit better up north, but you still have to search. This is the reason I started this thread, so as to get the word out. It's gonna be work to get stuff going in NorCal.

We're going on the Loon Lake snow run on the 19th. You should go.
Also, will be planning a High Lakes run this spring. That's more in your neck of the woods.
