"Preferred" dealer for service in Bay Area?

I know I'm asking for a lot here, but does anyone have a dealer that they "prefer" for service? My 2011 is a bit past due for it's 17k service interval, and rather than play russian roulette with dealers, figured I'd see if any of the WF folks have found a good (or decent) one.

Lots of bad reviews to be found on line, but people who are upset/disappointed tend to be more motivated to write reviews.

Anyone got a good one? I'm in Redwood City, but willing to drive a reasonable distance for a good service experience.

Thanks in advance

Rich

Hmmm, 28 views and no recommendations. Doesn't tell a good tale for the pool of dealers around here, does it?!?!

the one in dublin is pretty good, weve bought 2 calibers and a brand new durango from them, they have good service, not sure on the jeep side though since i own a tj and rather not go to a dealer, but so far theyve been good

I've been to Stewart Jeep in Colma a few times for my oil changes and tire rotations and they've been really cool. I like the 5 tire rotation and they have the picture guide on file for me I just came back from a 3,600 road trip with the infamous ticking sound and they were able to fit me in last Thursday to check it out. I now need a new head so I should have my Jeep back in the next couple of days hopefully so we'll see how that turns out. But overall cool place.

Shoot maybe I will go there to have my engine sound listened too. Walnut creek said the engine ticking is with in "normal" range but it is louder... I recorded the engine noise at 500miles and again at 3500 and just turned 5000. Getting louder... at least I took it in to have it checked out and have my paper trail. Wonder if Jeep will make a recall?

Sorry, been away. Thanks for the input, folks!!

I just can't bring myself to go to Putnam, and would prefer to avoid Stevens Creek.

I'll check in with the folks in Colma.

Cheers,
Rich

I'm looking for the same ... a decent dealer for service since I've purchased the lifetime warranty. Yelp gives Fremont Chrysler 5 stars... like 23 or so reviews. I'm going to check them out. The new dealership here in Monterey is horribe... And I wouldn't let the Gilroy dealership touch my Jeep... after my buying experience there. Funny... I've had no issues with the various BMW dealerships I've had my cars serviced at... Happy to buy American as this is my second Rubi... but very disappointed in Chryslers customer service overall.
