Rain in JULY????

Yes, it is raining here in Pasadena, and guess who drove to work without the hard top on?

It's going to be a fun ride home!

No wonder it is so humid around these parts. I hate this sticky crap. If is raining in Pasadena then it will be on it's way to my area soon.

Damn! And I left Elvira at home! I could've turned all that brown dust from last weekend into mud! Real mud!

Last year for the Meet n Greet, we had some good ol' heavy rain and thunder storms in Big Bear. Made the trails brand new and a lot more fun with the slipping and sliding.

If we get lucky to get some out here, Saturday will be a MUD run through the Piutes. Some monster puddles up there.

That's what really SUCKS about the hard top! If it's off, you have to leave it somewhere. Add soft top to the eventual-mod list...

Just pull the floor carpet, remove the drain plugs, and drive on. I do have the Bikini top on now, but the hard-top won't go back on until October or November at the earliest. Lol.

Can smell the moisture in the air right now, but nothing.

Watch, it will rain while out on my morning run. In fact that might be nice.

Rick, I carry a harbor freight small tarp and bungees just for these sudden storms, $10 or so.

Man, I am running out of places to stash stuff for 'just in case', I think I am going to have to build a trailer like yours Stan. Or maybe put a door on my spare tire to use it for storage. Can you imagine balancing that one?

There was a cheap soft top in either the OC or OE Craigs list in the last week or so. OEM w/all hardware.
