By far, the best shop I know of is in Corona. John Limieux at All 4Wheel Drive at 951-277-1037 and ask for John, please tell him I sent you as he treated me extremely well and I feel I still owe him that much.

John is the type of guy that will tell you if something doesn't need to be done and will only charge you what is fair... I found out personally he's one of the few 100% honest and trustworthy mechanics/shops out there.

John at All 4Wheel Drive does good work. I've always used Diff Works in Corona on my personal vehicles though and in fact in my former career we used to send all out gear work out to them so I've sent about a hundred or so jobs there - all axle types. Not one come-back. It's what they do!

They've even been on Overhaulin several times.

Ask for the owner Steve. 951-549-6780 He's a great guy.

U can either contact Jeep Thrillz in Compton and ask for Alex, or Rick @Phantom offroad in east LA, I've dealt with them both and are awesome.

okay cool thanks for everyone taking the time to respond. next question i have a 4inch lift with 33inch tires i currently have 3.73 gears since i have to do the rear anyway is it worth doing front and back to 4.11? this is a daily driver that I use to go to the beach and school so will it be worth the money to upgrade even though i don't offroad

3.73 is more then enough for a 33 inch tire. Wouldn't mess with the front end unless you plan on going up in tires or taking it off road. Some good trails in SoCal you should check out the Ca thread
