I don't have than answer for you easily. But a tip for you. Questions like this are better in the TJ forum than in the California forum. More people will see it that way.

x2

on my `99 tj i had the "drill" header. now i have the "non drill" header (the other dowasn´t fit in a 06 TJ).

i think the "drill" header top is better. the windshield bar of my new top is very big and i always have to take it out of the car when i uninstall the safari top.

when it´s raining the new top is better beacause there comes no water in through the front.

You are in the Cali forum, emills said to try the TJ forum instead of the California forum because its mostly just us local knuckleheads who look in here instead of all the people on WF.

I have the no drill and it is fine, but I have never seen a drill in header to compare it to.

I have the no drill header. I like it, but it's big.
