I did not have any damage until running it the other way and screwing around testing the jeep in all situations to the max... too much fun for sure. The JKUs seem to do a lot better on that little chute at the top of the stairs...

I had the Falken Wild Peak. They were nice quite tires, good for fire trails, but blew out the weak side walls the minute I hit rocks. Won't buy those again but they were ok as all terrains as long as it wasnt anything tough. Look at bull dog tires, I know the 35's are true 35's.

I like the aggressive tread... I am now looking at KM2s still, MT/Rs, or Cooper STTs... I do a lot in Tahoe in the winter time, and I like the M/S ratings... I love the KM2s, but price wise for the size I am looking at seems Cooper or MT/Rs are a little cheaper and have just as good, if not better reviews. One of my buddies runs the 35s Coopers and he loves them, so we will see. At lease I have the gearing and lockers figured out haha

My jeep isn't my daily driver anymore so I am building it aggressively and don't mind a little noise

I was wanting the MTR Kevlar but could only get 3, other 2 were on back order for a few months, so I went with KM2's and I have been totally happy. They grip good on the rocks and clean out snow pretty well unless the snows powder and 4' deep. Lol!! I would still like to try the MTR's tho. Strong side wall is important.

Similar situation with me. Wanted the MTR's, but they were on back order for a zillion years, so went with my second choice, the STT's. Been happy with them so far, but I think the MTR's would be a little kinder on the street.

I really hope not. I hate those things. Always driving slow as hell.

Eff that! Hate Prius... ugh

I have the beamer now and the wife has a new little Audi Q5... baby mobile.

And the only reason I haven't made it out is my wife is 8 months prego and I value my life... except slick rock, but you guys know that mess... btw still peeved. If anyone wants to run out the 17s or 18th of August, I am good to go, then my jeep will be out of service until the boy arrives and I finish my gears/lockers and the other items you guys will see in October.

Lol! I dunno if that would work. Better bring some junk clubs or calico may be a better choice. I'm sure there's sand out there.

Surprised to hear that. I thought they are supposed to be pretty tough. Lots of rock crawling press by Falken and MC is running them on their shop rigs. I figured my Duratracs would be weaker. People make them out to have glass sidewalls.

LOL! Well, if you knew me, you would know that I'm as far from a conformist as they get, especially on jeep forums, hence all the drama on JF! LOL! Banter on my friend!

Well guys I missed the Slickrock run but made it up by running the Rubicon this weekend. Awesome trip with no damage to any jeeps. We got a stock sahara through with no real damage other than some dented and bent sliders and only winched it once. I didn't have any problems but didn't try little sluice because this jeep is my daily driver Im really happy with how my jeep is coming together!
