High mileage on todays spark plugs themselves isn't an issue. I wouldn't leave any set of plugs in more than 50k. The problems you have is when the damn things seize up in the heads from too many heat cycles or clown hands install.
Don't forget some antiseize for the plugs and dielectric grease for the boots to finish the install, bud.
