Stoddard Wells in the a.m.

Anybody up for a last minute run into the desert? We will be at the 15 fwy Hodge Rd (between Victorville & Barstow) exit at 08:30 in the a.m. ready to make some dust and find a few rocks.

To bad you can't make it Bill....your right this is my favorite place to wheel.... my back yard only 5 minute from home...
I'm thinking we're gonna run a trail I like to call " Break Your Junk" This trail puts all the nasty parts from a few of the popular trails into one brutal run....will tone it down a bit today for the big guy of course..... NOT!

Hey Steve, I see we had a whole flock of on lookers. Too bad they couldn't find there way out there today. More rocks, hills, and trails to run than anyone could ever do in less than a week. I have been out that way several times over the years, and had no idea I had been driving right past those trails. Next time I'm gonna have to bring along my camera man so everybody can see what is in store. Great time today. Let's do it again tomorrow. LOL

Had a great time today guys...Thanx for twisting my arm and getting me out there today...hardy har har....I think we need to put together a camping trip out there sometime. There is just to many rock infested trails to do in one day. Maybe if we could get some people interested in doing something new we could put something together.
Had a blast today guys
Thanx.

That was fun. Love the desert! I agree we need to do an overnighter and hit some of those tougher canyons. They are calling my name!

Boy Phil, that's a good stick. I hope you saved it and put it on your refrigerator door to remind you. If it wasn't for bad luck, you might not have any luck at all. Mark.

I would love to see some actual wheeling pics.

Phil, I have a $135 stick I keep on my desk. I figure that is what it is worth since that is what it cost me to replace the brand spanking new tire it put a hole in.

[QUOTE=rkwfxd;5535034]I would love to see some actual wheeling pics.

I guess you'll have to Google it...
Because the few people I've been able to get to come out there and wheel with me don't seem to have had time to stop and take pictures...lol

Hey there's a reason why Cal4Wheel held the High Desert Roundup there for over 35 year straight..
