I am sorry to hear you lost your jeep. I have not had it happen to me but Jeeps are a common vehicle for thieves to steal. Hopefully it is returned to you.

Hey pm me your info on the jeep. I can have my aunt tell the guys to look for it. She is a Sheriff in San Diego county. Maybe we can help get her back to ya safe and sound. I will email you since you can't send me pm's yet.

Sorry to hear about that MonicaL.

That's a sweeeeeeeeeeet looking Jeep and those bastards that stole it are freakin' losers.

I live in L.A. and if I see that thing, I'll definitely PM you.

Any luck so far? Insurance/police helping out?

I live in the San Diego area too and Wranglers are suddenly getting popular for the car thieves. They want them for use out in the desert helping the drug runners and illegals move around out there more easily. That's what the Border Patrol uses so the smugglers are wising up. I'm lucky mine stays locked up in the garage... and I doubt we'll see it on the road, it's likely out in the brush by now. Sorry about your loss, I hope your insurance company takes good care of you.
When you have a choice, buy American.

Mexican police and drug dealers both like them. Sorry

Sorry for your loss. I've lost two jeeps since Dec. The first a '99 TJ it had 197000 when it went missing from work (NASSCO). Less than 90 days later the jeep I replaced the '99 with a '05 tj (like new) was stolen from the same place. this one I got back, found in TJ stripped. I just got it back from the repair shop, cost the insurance company 12K to fix. I didn't know they were so popular with the thieves either. I do now though.

Sorry to hear about your jeep man. Keep an eye on craigslist too, it might turn up. Hopefully not in parts.
