I am not sure whom you are referring to Dave, all I remember is the last one and so should everyone else.... Besides, you know the other one would have been quicker had the rescue vehicle not ran out of gas.... Besides we are getting faster at this and now everyone carries a spark plug wrench....

Did you have to do the spark plug removal trick on this one also? And you are right about the recovery vehicle and the fuel shortage.

One good thing about the JK is the V-6. We made quick work of pulling plugs as we had someone on each side of the vehicle pulling plugs at the same time!

After I was done winching I took no chances and turned off my jeep. I did not want to risk running the fuel pickup tube dry.

You have to thank my wife, she took all the pics! She took some good video that I could not get to work in the slideshow. I think I'm going to get her a GoPro. Sorry we did not get a chance to snap photos of everyone. We met some really nice people on this run. We hope to wheel with all of you again...

Buck, Jay wanted me to thank you for all your help on the trail. You really made him comfortable and he really appreciated it.

I have to agree Buck, and as I said on the trail, you sold me on the quality of those fenders.

A sincere thank you to your wife for the pics and vid, I have a few pics I will try to get up later today. I took a vid, but it is my first so may take a little while to get it up.

That's helpful. Plus there is never a reason to reverse at full throttle in a packed parking lot. I wanted to test the new bumper- but getting hit in a parking lot before I even make the trail was not what I had in mind. The guy could've at least bought me a McMuffin.
Had a great time and thanks to everyone for the pointers. Thanks to the OP for getting us going. More importantly- happy the people made it without damage! Time to get my winch spooled up....just in case.
