Tested the new jeep today in SoCal!

Went with Papa, Gpa, and my little boy Ian. We took my 03 sahara out to see how it would do in stock form. Not too bad, we did everything Papa did with his XJ but elected to not go up the steep O-$#&T hill!
Time for some lockers and a taller antenna!

Nice! It really is amazing how well these Jeeps do stock.

Hi Brian, I had a great time with my jeep while it was stock. First run and you are already wanting mods. Welcome to the Jeep Thing! Just Empty Every Pocket! Atleast the antenna mod will be cheap. I would be thinking of a new mounting location instead of a new antenna if it was me. I have a tail light mount and 2 foot antenna and it works fine for the trails which is all I use it for.

Thanks guys. I'll have to look into the tail light mount, cause I just bought this antenna.
Mark, do you jeep with any San Diego clubs?
