Depending on the dates, I would be in for the Calico area.

I know there isn't a set date yet, but how many days is this trip/greet supposed to take?

In the past, people that intended on camping would show up on a friday, set up camp and get aquainted with others. Saturday was usually the big wheeling day when everyone would meet at camp if they werent already there. Then we would all head out for our trip. After the trip we would head back to camp to enjoy a potluck and some beverages. Sunday everyone packed up, hung out a bit, and headed home.

Sure, Calico is known for its scenic drives along the country... We will do out best to keep all vehicles in the same condition as when they arrived.

Geoff likes to demo derby cars. I would not recommend laying on his hood...

Speaking of, how much gas do you guys bring for backup? 1 or 2 five gallon cans? Or am I over thinking this?

Maybe 15? But it was my fault for not filling up when I had the opportunity. I didn't realize the trail was as far away as it was. Most places we go have gas available somewhat nearby, so if u fill up before u get to camp u should be fine

Awesome. Got 17.4 then 15.5 with wheeling mixed in and 16.5 since Sunday. I'm a planner, hate getting somewhere and not being prepared.

OK Gang. We have a great start. 6 months away and already 10 people have signed up. It gets bigger and better each time.

Jeff, not that it matters at this point but, you did not add me to your list in the first post as to who wants to go where. I would be game for Calico.
