I vote we all stay in Constable's Taj Mahal. If not, then my second choice would be the reserved sites at Ghost Town Regional Park. Camp fees include Ghost Town park entrance, so those who aren't in a hurry to get back home Sunday morning can have a Ghost Town field trip.

If it's Ghost Town Regional Park, here's the link. In the drop-down list under "Parks", select Calico Ghost Town.

Never been. If we are reserving spots at the camp ground what sites are people getting. That way we can reserve that same areas.

That's what Danger's for. He stands guard and holds the flashlight. Anyway, I'm pretty sure Beantown's girl will be there, and probably Mrs. Constable too, so you wouldn't be the only girl there. Then there's also that Bugsbb chick from Idaho who's also on the list.

So does that mean you're off the "Maybe" list, and on the "Going" list?

CenCal peeps don't know how to join our freakin' forum?! I'm pretty sure it'd be okay, but I'll be giving them a hard time for not wanting to join.

Hah I was walking my wife out into the bushes one night to stand guard and hold the flashlight for her. I walked around the right side of a big tall bush and she walked around the left and right into one of those giant desert spider webs (complete with a big-a$$ spider) that wrapped around her. It took an hour for my ears to stop ringing from her screams and she never went primitive camping with me again .

Nice, Jerry. I'm surprised she didn't grab the flashlight from you and whack you upside the head with it for not watching where she was walking.

You are added to the maybe list Qt. And Central Cal people are welcome also. Just have them pop in to make a simple introduction. I just spent the weekend in Sacramento and had a blast.

Hi ChiliJeep, and welcome to the forum. You are more than welcome to join the run. We ask that you have some basic equipment on your Jeep. For starters, you will need to have front and rear recovery points, CB radio, decent All Terrain tires as a minumin, Mud terrain is preferred. Street tires are discouraged. Also need to have a fire extinguisher within easy reach of the driver and others, a first aid kit, and the biggest requirement is NO DRINKING ON THE TRAILS.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer to the best of my ability.

Jeff

I'm new to the forum and live in Norcal. I was thinking about joining in on the trip till I looked at my calender. I have another event going that weekend.

On a side note. I try and keep up with whats going un up here with reguards to trail information in the Sierra's. If you have any questions or anything just let me know.

At least with me, their is no such thing as a stupid question.

Happy Trails!
