LOL. I don't think you or anyone should be feeling sorry for your jeep. Actually your jeep makes others look sorry.

Maybe a new thread is in order to figure out good locations for beer & pizza rather than taking up space in the M&G thread.

Meet n Greet pizza n beer trail discussion, hang out and chit chat update. I am still on for it, but may be arriving in Sandis truck rather than the Jeep. Along with the busted u-joint, I have also developed a bit of an exhaust leak. Grrrr, Jeep problems, haha.

Anyone have an overwhelming desire to bring their SWR meter? My CB is in need of a serious tune up.

Hey Gang, hate to do this but I am not going to be able to make the brew & chew. We have so many things going on here planning on our trip out of town this week. Hope you guys have fun and are able to choose some trails. Again, I am sorry to do this last minute.

Jeff

I did find mine last night, it's in the Jeep. However, I don't know how to actually tune the antenna, maybe someone can help with that.

Jeff -- Too bad you can't go. What trail are you planning to lead (so we'll know it's covered)?

As of now, put me down for Gold Mtn. It is a fun challenge for members new to the hobby and fun for more experienced if choosing a tougher line.

Yes it was, actually a pretty cool place to meet. Good parking to keep an eye on your ride, good pizza and a good selection of suds. Great to see all the jeeps there. We even discussed the meet and greet at some point!

Great seeing you guys tonight!

We discussed the M&G. After a long beer filled discussion, we decided that Big Bear would be a great place to meet in July!

Yep, good pizza, beer and company! Like Rick said, Big Bear is the place! We just need a few more of these meetings to hammer out the details..

We actually got quite a bit worked out, I will run the ideas we came up with by Jeff and those who have offered to help out or lead the runs!
