I saw "rock lobster" on a 2013 Moab for the first time yesterday... not a fan... looks like a nail polish color

Trendy Jeep colors are only cool for a while, they suck when you try to sell them later when the color is no longer popular.

Yeah, not a fan of that one. Too pinkish to me. Hurts my eyes to look at it. It's like staring at a fluorescent light.

I think it's already discontinued.

Or the adult version- Orange Crush with Whipped Cream Vodka. Great on a hot day; you wind up acting like a kid.

Why you young whippersnapper, we could even get them for a nickel! It was hell trying to get the goat into his harness to pull us kids in the cart down the road to the store so we could buy them though. I reckon he didn't much like pulling us kids the ten miles down back country dirt roads to the store when it was hot.

Let me guess, in the winter time you also walked to school barefoot, uphill, both ways, in the snow too ?

I resemble that. Grandma would give my cousin and I a buck to go to the store. We could get 2 frosty root beers and 2 snickers. Then when we were finished we would take the bottles back and get a nickel.

Early Jeep Prototype.
Where Jerry learned to enjoy a convertible.
Thankfully California has since tightened down on exhaust/emissions.

And Detonator Yellow! Hopefully they return that color along with the diesel engine, might have to sell Yella and start over!

I've had that and it is really good. Also Mandarin orange jello with the vanilla whipped vodka makes a yummy jello shot

Alright Gang, Bill contacted me and gave me info from the Brew n Chew/Event discussion from last Tuesday. Here is what was discussed and planned for the current attendees. I expect we will get quite a few more additions as the date gets closer.

Trail 1, Moderate Gold Mountain

1) Turdhurdler - Leader/mid/tail
2) Joebot13 - Mid/Tail/Lead
3) Yomondo - Lead/Tail/Mid

Trail 2

1) Difficult - Difficult John Bull & Holcomb Creek

1) Fred1 Lead/Mid/Tail
2) Dakota Lead/Mid/Tail
3)

Trail 3 Difficult - Dishpan & Holcomb Creek

1) BillG.OTD Lead/Mid/Tail
2) Dan Lead/Mid/Tail
3)

We are looking for three experienced leaders per trail. If you have and intersest in assisting with the trail runs, please have recovery points front and rear, knowledge of local area, experience with spotting and patience should the day start to take longer than expected. Things do happen.

I will repost this info on the first post also. If you know what trails you would like to run, please post up and let us know. We are trying to keep group size to 10 or so Jeeps. If we get a lot of additional members, we can always add another trail to the mix.

Jeff
