Even if we don't do a potluck I'll plan on cooking up some for appetizers, it's got to be eaten

Well Gang, do we want to do a pot luck again? They have always been fun and a great way to mingle. Chime in and give me your input.

Everything updated on first post of who is attending and what trails they wish to run. It looks like the difficult trails are filling fast. When they hit 15, I am thinking we should start a 3rd difficult run if necessary.

The potluck brings people together, and I'm all for that.

It doesn't look like the first post got updated. Or is it just my computer? Anyway, if you need to update it, copy from Post #539. It's the latest one.

So I think there is enough interest already for the pot luck to call it a go. Who would like to bring what?

In the past, we have had spaghetti that works well to feed several people. Chili also has been a favorite. If spaghetti is the choice, I can bring a couple large packages of pasta and garlic bread. Let me know what you would like to bring to the gathering.

Put me down for the Lingucia & sausage, I'll come up with a side or something else depending on what some of the dishes are.

I'll bring a main course. Something that requires fire. It's camping after all. Should pick a site with several picnic tables nearby.

Since we're hauling the TJ on the trailer, I'll see if Mike can fit the small bbq on it with a few pieces of oak wood. We can cook the sausage on it and then if someone needs it they can use it.

It's been a couple years since you guys have had my spaghetti sauce, and most of the current people have not had it, so perhaps it's time to bring it back. Put me down.

There's just one table at each campsite. We'll have to bring extra tables. I'll bring my REI Camp Kitchen for cooking and serving, and the Libation Station for the booze, but we might need one or two other tables for serving, in addition to the one campsite table.

Each campsite also has a fire ring with a grate on it.

If necessary, I can pack my Weber charcoal up in the Taj Mahal. Just let me know if we have enough people that need a grill.

Should have mentioned we'll bring our portable grill & small camp tables. They're only 2" X 2.5" - not much space. No room in the JK for anything larger. I'll be strapping my dog to the roof. Hopefully we have room for tent poles.
Maybe someone can bring paper plates & utensils as their contribution to the potluck? That way we know its covered.

Either the twins or I will bring these. We will also contribute a food or "beverage" of some sort also!

And as many of you know, it goes without saying that I'll bring some Tennessee Honey and shot glasses as well. How many bottles? I have six in stock at home.

Hello all, I'll be coming up for the day just on Saturday and had a few questions

What time will the trail runs be kicking off? I'm signed up for Trail 1.

I'm not staying over night, but would like to bring some food and beverages for after the run to enjoy with fellow jeepers, any suggestions/requests on what to bring?
