Last year I had reserved a site for Saturday, but not Friday. I showed up early on Friday to get a spot and was able to get one. I asked the camp host: She said they hardly ever fill up the spots.

Hey Bill, Dakota and I thought about this as well. That is one of the reasons for a 9:00AM departure. With only six of us on our run we will have run it both ways (twice) before you guys arrive.

Nice Doug!!

Considering how well you did open, this should make the tough trails feel like fire roads...

I agree Grant, you will have a full group by then and hopefully with you leaving early we can avoid having 30 jeeps meeting on the creek

There are 44 sites that are first come first serve. Several of us went last year and got FCFS sites no problem.

We'll figure it out. We got one more with Bullcrew. We can always run Holcomb first.

We have site 78, with a 32 ft. motorhome, towing the Jeep on a trailer.

I've never been to Big Bear so I have no idea how big the sites are, or the layout. If there is any room available I have no problem with anyone pitching a tent.

Have you two chosen which trails you wish to run? Just trying to keep things updated. Thanks in advance for you response.

Hmmm. I am kinda lazy right now and getting ready to go into the garage and check some stuff on the ol' Jeep, but I just checked the going list compared to the run list and it appears that we have 10 more people listed for runs than listed for attending, hahaha. I will look into that later, I gotta check potential more damage on my axle from my last run. Wish me luck.

It sounds like you may have counted the potluck as a run. Lol.
