Hanna flats lists sites up to 35' so you may be able to fudge it a little...however that wouldnt leave any room for the jeep

Another option might be Serrano Campground. I stayed there once last summer. Really nice, has showers, flushing toilets. Best of all, it has reservations!

It was near the Discovery Center if I remember correctly.

Serrano is unfortunately booked solid on the dates that we would need it.

How Hanna Flats looks on the weekends in question:
July 19 - 10 sites already reserved (57 available)
July 26 - 21 sites already reserved (46 available)
Aug 02 - 12 sites already reserved (55 available)
Aug 09 - 6 sites already reserved (61 available)

This isn't taking into account the 19 first come first serve sites.

Looks like with all things considered that Hanna Flats is definitely the way to go. Now we just have to nail down the weekend.

What are you folks planning on camping there? Tents, motor-homes, travel trailers.

Is there lodging near by?

You probably have a place in mind, but last year before we got the MH we stayed here for the Meet & Greet and it was pretty nice. We liked that they were each a separate building with different sizes. All very clean.

Yeah I meant to copy you as well Gary. Although Bay meadows is on the South sides of the Lake, it is only 10 miles to Hanna Flats.

There may be some others on North shore which would closer, but I haven't stayed at any on that side.

And also when we were tearing down. And it only rained because 2DEUCE2 drove there topless, and the weather likes messing with him.

We will need to remind him to at least drive out with the top on this time

I'm watching the date poll very closely. Mike and I want to attend, but the date is a deciding factor. Mike has to bbq for a big Hospice event Aug. 3rd so I'm just trying to keep the other weekend options unplanned.
