Love the creepy music! I need to get a Gopro...

I took today off and got an alignment and car wash. The guy at Firestone said something about driving in rocks is bad for alignment. What a bunch of BS!

While waiting at the car wash, I saw 4-5 guys running from Walmart towards the street. I thought they were headed for the bus. Sure enough, security guards following shortly after.

Thugs = 1
Walmart = 0

Too bad I didn't get them on video.

We had an awesome time and staying the extra night was icing on the cake

Thank you Jeff! your leading the group is most appreciated.....Had a good time on Gold Mountain!! Even with the problems that some had, the wait times made for good visiting time. The trail has taken a beating this past year and the obstacles are more devious!!

Hah great video, thanks! The music was especially cool!!

And yep, I'm amazed Blaine got my TJ fixed so quick, I pick it up Tuesday. And you can blame Gerald on that bad 4.88 choice, I hate that ratio too. 5.38's would wake it up. Once again, thank you VERY much Blaine!

Heck Jerry, you will be in my neighborhood. If the right time of day, you should stop by and say "Hi". Maybe we can meet up for a cold one!

Thanks again Jeff for organizing these events. I always have such a great time with a great group of WF members and friends.

The potluck was over the top and a great way to bring all people from the different runs together. I didn't take any trail photo's this time but I did capture a few from the potluck.

Nice seeing everyone again and getting to know more fellow Jeepers and offroaders. I am already looking forward to the next one.

I hear there's a shop in Yucaipa that does about 3 sets of gears a week that could probably cure that problem. Their windshield banners would look cool on your ride too...

I almost pulled his rig out in the driveway and had it towed elsewhere when I saw a few items that I don't really agree with. A different windshield banner would have really made that happen.

So Big Bear is a 7 hr. haul for us no matter what. We came home a different route and it was the same as when we went. It's good to know we have a couple options and both weren't too tough.
Slowly but surely we are seeing the State, lol. Mikes plan is to find every brewery in Calif. he's off to a good start

Great time...

Thanks Jeff for organizing this event. It was the first forum meet and greet that we have been to and it was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the Gold Mountain run. It was only our third time out in the Jeep off road and both my wife and I had a great time. The run had a few difficult spots but it gave some time to get to know a few of you. Just glad the thunder and lightning held off until later that night! We are looking forward to the next one.... Thanks again for all of your hard work on this.

Rusty and Janey
