Okay sure thing. I manage the store so I can always take a moment. The boss isn't bugging me today. He is at another store bugging someone else! Yay

Morning everyone. We get bouncers all the time. For parks by us you need at least 1,000,000 dollars of insurance. We have had to get as High as 5 mil so we could have 5 bouncers. It's not that expensive. But if you open it up to other than friends you have a 50/50 shot of a lawsuit if someones kid gets a boo boo. Churches get sued a lot. People seem to think we are rich.

Ya a waiver should be good. And the parents should supervise. Just in case.

You need to get a stamp for peoples hands. For the kids too. Otherwise you'll have people from all over coming in for food and kids in the bouncer who have not signed waivers. BTW the parks and recreation people are who made us get the INS. They want to be covered too.

My son may not play in the jumper but I will donate regardless. My dad have 4 types of cancer and passed less than a month of discovery. I have a friend that does breast cancer fundraisers on a regular basis I sponsor her on her walks at least once or twice a year. Cancer sucks!

One of you that has homeowners insurance can call your agent, ask for an insurance rider for a bounce house at a park for a party. They will give you a quote and the information. We had to get something similar for my daughters wedding.

Then, as Bob & Elmo suggested have a liability release on hand and a stamp. As people register they sign the release and get a stamp. If they refuse the release, don't stamp them and maybe have food tickets on hand you can just give them one of those to identify they have paid.

You will have to have someone monitor the bounce house to be sure only stamped people are going in. Otherwise it should make it easy and take care of the liability.

Most of the bouncer companies have the insurance. They are use to doing business with the parks and have it down. It's not expensive and it is just something you ask the park about when you reserve it.

I can stop at smart and final and grab some wrist bands if ya all would like. It's right here by my work so it would be easy to stop in right quick one day after work. Just let me know for sure and about how many we may need.

Bob, I may have found a source for some ammo I'll know for sure when I see him at the NRA dinner. I'll be making deals on bullets while surrounded by gun dealers......all legally too, lol.
